1 Introduction

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, network outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may periodically affect platform availability. 7u775 shall not be liable for any losses or missed opportunities arising from platform unavailability.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 7u775 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, subject to KYC verification and these Terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by 7u775

7u775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, that the account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform. 13 Amendments

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
